Our library's new Birthday Book Program offers a unique way to enrich our school while recognizing your child's special day.  For a tax-deductible donation of $15, a new hardcover book in a fiction category of your choice will be purchased for the West Marshall Library.  A permanent bookplate identifying the birthday child and donor will be placed in this book.  During his or her birthday month, your child will be the first person invited to check out the book.. His or her picture will also be taken for the library's Birthday Book bulletin board.  Children with summer birthdays will be recognized in the month of their "half-birthday"

Book donations can also be made in honor of other occasions and people.  For instance, a bookplated addition to our library would be a wonderful tribute to a teacher who has made a difference in your child's life.

To join the Birthday Book  program, click on the link below and send in the form along with your $15 payment per book.  Checks  can be made out to West Marshall Library.  Mark the envelope "Library--Birthday Books".  Please fill out a separate form for each book you wish to donate.  This is a year-round program and you may join at any time during the school year.  Please allow us a month's notice in which to purchase and bookplate a book.  Questions?  Contact  Mrs. Baker at the WMHS Library at 483-2136.
