We the People Bookshelf

We the People Bookshelf, donated to us during the 2006-07 school year, is a collection of 19 books on the theme of;Becoming American";. 15 titles in English and 4 of the titles in Spanish.

This program, presented by the National Endowment for the Humanities in cooperation with the American Library Association, encourages young people to read and understand great literature while exploring themes in American history
